The "new" plan and my recipes ~ Recently WW Au stopped the Core Plan. By request, I am continuing to post recipes which are "Core", which are also suitable for people following any healthy living plan. Since I choose to follow the 'old' Core plan, you'll see this word on here a lot even if you don't hear it at meetings. Core = healthy, wholesome foods.
Points ~ I post the Points of recipes, they are for the whole recipe with suggested generous servings. Not all family members eat the same amount, so what I suggest is to count the spoonfuls as you serve up and divide total points by the spoons. ie 20 pts for a recipe, 10 spoons = 2pt/spoon, you served yourself 3 spoons = 6pts - too easy!
While I prefer freshly shaved ham, I also keep a packet of the packaged sliced ham (dairy cabinet) in the fridge. It usually keeps a month or so. It's good for sandwiches, core pizza, cooking etc.
